The term commissioning comes from shipbuilding. A commissioned ship is one deemed ready for service. No matter how carefully a building is designed, if the systems and materials are not verified, the building will not function as intended.
Due diligence and as-built surveys reduce change order cost, and improve accountability with your engineering and construction partners. The preventative maintenance value alone in these services justify your money well spent.Brad Williams
